how to report a lost article
in case a customer gets to know that he loses his stuff right after a train starts→ report to the customer guide office right away
in case a customer gets to know it late→ report it to the final station or the lost & found

register the information of the lost article at the company homepagethe station where the lost article is acquired (the lost article is stored until 10 PM on the next day) lost & found
