• The temperature in the passenger room is automatically set by automatic temperature controller and sensor etc.
• Many passengers have different ideas even on the same train according to the body condition, attire, outside temperature and boarding time etc. Therefore, the second train of line 1 & 2 is designated as the moderately cooling space for those who are very sensitive to coldness. As mentioned above, we try our best to provide clean environment on the train for people as many as possible.
• In additions, like the other urban trains, the temperature is set at 24℃ on the regular train and at 25℃ on the moderately cooled train, thus, we try to keep the temperature on the train constant. Besides, as the temperature is monitored by the operation room, thus, the driver sets the temperature flexibly according to the condition of the passenger room.

• a user need to visit the departing station or the arriving station in person, pay the fare and get the group ticket before they travel after booking is completed (the reservation will cancelled unless getting the ticket before the travel begins)
• when a user cancels the ticket, then he or she will be refunded after 10% refund fee is deducted.

• unused ticket : it will be returned in cash(5,000won) on the day of issue

season ticket purchase and fare recharging

• only available at 'traffic card auto recharger' in the waiting room of urban rail station
  ※ choose 'season ticket' on the screen of recharger when to purchase the card
• you use a season ticket card while recharging the season ticket fare

use expiration

• when seven day is passed even though there are some amount left
• it is already 20 times even though 7 days are not passed
  ⇒ When its use is expired, you can't use it even though there remains the frequency of use and the period
  ⇒ you can keep using it after recharging the season ticket fare when its use is expired
  ※ the remaining chances to use and the expiring date are marked on the gate fare indicator

refund

• it can be refunded after the yielded amount of money after the chances to use are applied and the service fee are deducted
  ※ refunded amount of money : a season ticket fare(21,000won) - one section card fare(1,300won) x how often to use - service fee(100won)
  ※ in case the refund is not available : 7 days are passed and it is used over a certain number of times etc.

you can use 60 times within 30 days after being recharged.

• the homepage of the national tax service : issuing cash receipt(the case of a season ticket recharging can be automatically reported to the national tax service )

• when to visit Busan bank or the relevant traffic card company : service fee: 200 won
  • the normal card can be refunded immediately into cash
  • damaged card can be refunded according to whether the card number can be confirmed or not
    • If possible, it will be wired to your bank account(Busan bank) five days after registering at the bank.

how to exchange

when the outlook of the card is ok, the card can be exchanged at Busan bank or the relevant card company for free. In case of the existing card, exchange is available one year after the first use and in case of cashbee card, two years after the first use. The balance of existing card can be refunded.
