- Mobile tickets: When downloaded and registered through the mobile App, fare adjustments are applied based on passenger categorization. For non-members, adult fares are applied.
- adult : older than or equal to 19 in an official age
adolescent: older than or equal to 13 and younger than or equal to 18 in an official age
child(discounted price) : older than or equal to 6 and younger than or equal to 12 in an official age, an elementary school student
for a multichild family: member of multichild family who live in Busan - free ticket(privileged ticket is provided)
- senior citizen with a benefit(older than or equal to 65 in an official age), the disabled(his or her care provider is included in case of 1-3 geup(level))
- a national man of merit(1-7geup(level)), independence related man of merit, 5ㆍ18 independence movement related man of merit : his or her one care provider is included in case of 1geup(level)
- If a passenger mistakenly selects the wrong direction or encounters other issues and needs to reprint the same ticket at the same station within 5 minutes of the initial purchase, they will be exempt from fare charges for one occurrence.
(Note) This does not apply at stations different from the initial boarding station. - If a passenger changes their mind and does not board the train within 10 minutes of ticket purchase, and returns to the same station, the fare will be refunded. However, if the fare is refunded and the same transit card is used for another mode of transit, the transfer discount will not be applied.

- Season tickets (1-day, 3-day, 1-month) / Bus, Donghae Line, and Busan-Gimhae Light Rail Transit (BGL) are not applicable.
- Refund of season tickets fare
- For 1-day and 3-day tickets: Full refund for unused ticket (no refund after 1 or 3 days from the date of purchase)
- For 1-month ticket: Refund via Metro Pay after deducting the calculated amount based on the number of uses and a handling fee
- Refund amount = season ticket top-up amount - (Single-section transit card fare × number of uses) - handling fee (100 won)
- (No refund if 30 days have passed since the top-up date / No handling fee if purchased via the mobile App)
